What is the return policy?
📌 Due to the personalized nature of our optical products:

No returns or refunds are accepted once the lens manufacturing or fitting process has begun.

Frames with prescription lenses, single vision lenses, progressive lenses, photochromic lenses, blue light filters, or other patient specifications are custom products and are therefore not eligible for return .

Before confirming their purchase, the customer is responsible for reviewing the prescription, frame model, and personal data provided.

If the product has manufacturing defects , the manufacturer's warranty corresponding to the type of lens or frame will apply.

Visual discomfort or adjustments are not grounds for a refund , but our team will make the necessary adjustments within the adaptation period indicated according to the type of lens.
What is the warranty policy?
📌 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects
All our frames and lenses come with a 1 year warranty exclusively for manufacturing defects , in accordance with the manufacturer's coverage.
📌 Graduation Guarantee
If you provide us with your prescription, we guarantee that the prescription will be exactly as indicated by your eye care professional.
In case of any discrepancy, we will make the necessary replacement or correction at no additional cost .
Warranty conditions
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

Damage from impacts, falls, scratches , exposure to heat or any misuse.

Lenses or frames deformed by adjustments made outside of Oculus Vision Optometry .

Changes in prescription after delivery of the lenses.

Visual discomfort or lack of adaptation when:
The recipe is provided by the customer and contains errors.
Progressive lenses / adaptation period
Progressive lenses include a 15-day adaptation period .
If the fit is not satisfactory, we will offer a design change or size adjustment , without a refund.
How to claim the warranty
To activate the warranty, you will need to:

Allow the time determined for diagnosis and replacement according to the laboratory process.

Can I send my frame?
Use of Customer's Own Frames
At Oculus Vision Optometry we can fit new lenses into your frame , as long as it meets the necessary technical specifications to ensure a suitable result.
However, it is important to consider the following:
⚠️ No warranty on the customer's frame

We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during the process of:
Removal of the original lenses
Mounting and adjusting the new lenses
Heating or manipulation necessary to adjust the frame
By sending or delivering their own frame, the customer accepts that the frame may have pre-existing wear , material fragility, or hidden damage that could cause:

Breaks or cracks

Material deformation

Loosening or damage to hinges and screws
Customer frame requirements
To be able to work with him, you must meet the following requirements:

Good overall condition and sturdy structure

Functional screws
-
No visible previous fractures in bridge, rods or terminals

Suitable size for the requested lens
No refund or replacement
In case of damage during the process, there will be no replacement, refund or compensation for the frame, as it is not part of the product purchased from us.
Customer confirmation
Before receiving the frame, the customer will be asked for written authorization or a digital signature confirming that:
“I accept the risks of damage to the lens mounting in my frame and release Oculus Vision Optometry from liability in case of damage.”
